Product terms and limits

InHand Statement Studio provides browser-local review of normal, scanned and mixed PDFs and conditional export of eligible CSV and source-reviewed PDF statements. Use only records you are authorised to process, and check the source and any exported data before relying on it.

Current supported scope

PDF exports require explicit source review and exact reconciliation. Source reviewed is separate from automatic VERIFIED status and is not an accuracy guarantee. CSV statements can export only when their period, mapped opening and closing balances, row classification, dates, supported currency and exact reconciliation pass. Handwriting, bank feeds, direct accounting connections and native XLSX/QBO/OFX exports are not included.

Review is required

Output is proposed transaction data. Errors and omissions are possible. Compare source rows, dates, amounts, debit/credit signs and balances. Balance checks are review aids; they do not authenticate a statement or guarantee extraction accuracy. The software is not tax, legal, investment or accounting advice.

Free use and planned prices

Each browser gets three first exports of imported documents when they are eligible CSVs that pass checks or PDFs that complete source review and exact reconciliation. The fictional sample and additional formats are free. Repeat exports of the same imported document are free when it is an eligible statement. Importing again creates a new document that counts on its first eligible export. Source review and failed imports do not consume an export. Clearing Studio browser storage removes the usage record and locally saved workspace and access data, and can reset the three-export counter. Basic use does not require an account; account features are optional. Plans and prices relevant to your billing country appear on the account page. Confirm your billing country and review the total price, currency and renewal interval before any future purchase. Paid feature activation and checkout are currently off. New accounts do not automatically receive a trial; trials already granted remain honored.

Local files and availability

Statement contents are processed locally in the Studio browser app and are not sent to product telemetry. Unsaved work is held in the current session. Downloaded files and explicitly saved local mapping settings remain on your device. Website, browser and service availability may vary.

Account and contact

Account sign-in is optional and handled separately through Supabase; login email uses the configured Resend provider. Contact support with product questions. Do not email passwords, statements or unredacted financial details.
